General FAQ’S

What types of plastic do you recycle?

We only work with post-consumer HDPE (no.2), PP (no.5) and ocasionally in LDPE (no.4). We do not have the capacity to process other plastics at this time, including soft plastics.

Can I make a plastic donation to Defy?

We are currently unable to accept small waste streams from individuals as we are small-scale recyclers and deal in concentrated waste streams.

Is it possible to recycle my businesses waste ?

We can explore recycling concentrated business specific waste streams at out factory given it is a plastic that we typically work with. We specialise in processing “hard-to-recycle” plastics and can develop custom products suited to the businesses needs.
